Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹500 or more (counted before any coupon). Orders below ₹500 pay a flat ₹55, however many items you buy, for delivery anywhere in India. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across India. Online orders are not shipped outside India. For an international enquiry, please message us on WhatsApp.

Delivery time

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post). Orders are delivered within 4 to 10 days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company or post office norms.

Customised gifts and made-to-order items may need extra time to prepare. We’ll confirm the date with you when you order.

Order confirmation and tracking

You’ll get an order confirmation on the email address you give at checkout. Once your order ships, you can follow it on our order tracking page or ask us on WhatsApp.

Delivery address

All orders are delivered to the address given by the buyer at checkout. Please check your address, pin code and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the courier charge for re-delivery may apply.

Delays

We hand every order to the courier company or postal service within the time above. EcoCart is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities, but we will always help you follow up.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo or short video while opening it and tell us within 2 days of delivery. See our cancellation and refund policy for what happens next.
