Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling an order

EcoCart believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and so has a liberal cancellation policy:

• Cancellations are accepted if you ask within 2 days of placing the order.
• A cancellation may not be possible once the order has been handed to the seller or courier for shipping.
• We don’t accept cancellations for perishable items such as food and flowers once they are packed. A refund or replacement can still be made if the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to us within 2 days of delivery. Please share your order number and a photo or short video of the item and its packaging. The request will be accepted once we have checked and confirmed the problem.

Item not as described

If the product you received is not as shown on the site or not as you expected, tell our customer service team within 2 days of delivery. We’ll look into your complaint and decide on a replacement, refund or other fair solution.

Manufacturer warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims. We’re happy to help you get in touch.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 days to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking via Razorpay). Your bank may take a few more working days to show the amount.
